This is not a business networking group. No selling goods or services.
No Judgement
This group has no place for the proud or arrogant. We will accept ALL AS THEY ARE and not as we think they should be.
No Men
Occasionally we have events for the whole family, but unless specified in the event details, this is a group for women, so “no boys allowed”.
No Children
Not only can they be a distraction, but sensitive content may come up during conversations that little ears do not need to hear. In the future, we may have an option for childcare
Be Respectful
No interrupting
Be self-aware when sharing, allowing time for others.
Mute your mic if there is background noise during zoom calls
* No Asking for Assistance
This does not mean you can’t ask for prayer, advice, or a listening ear, but this does mean you are not allowed to ask for help physically, materially, or financially in any way. This may seem harsh, but often groups like this attract many who are codependent, and we will not support these behaviors.
* No Gossiping
Gossip is idle talk or rumor, especially about the personal or private affairs of others. Our stories are meant to be heard, but not as gossip. Our goal is to be a safe group where we all can connect, heal, and grow. Gossiping does not support this goal.
No "Fixing" (Advice)
We ALL have advice for others, especially when we’ve been through a lot and it’s based on personal experience. However, good intentions or not, unless someone has specifically asked for advice, it is not our place to give it. We are here to connect, not counsel.
